Cintas Corporation is an American corporation headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. They provide a range of products and services to businesses, including uniforms, mats, mops, cleaning and restroom supplies, first aid, and safety products. They employ more than 40,000 employees and are a huge Microsoft stack customer.
Cintas spent years trying to find solutions to help them plan their sales representatives’ visits easily and quickly, see accounts near them, navigate and optimise their sales representatives’ routes, and territory manage. Most solutions couldn’t handle the complexity of their infrastructure, but Cintas now use Maptaskr for their 3,500 sales representatives. Maptaskr was implemented in a couple of months, resulting in one extra meeting a day per representative, easier interaction with CRM via Maptaskr on their mobile devices, and Territory Managers can now easily split, assign and plan their teams’ regions and territories.
