Maptaskr provided Western Power with a mapping tool on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, which enables Western Power to identify customers based on GIS attributes and communicate with them.

When planning a power outage, they can draw areas on a map and utilise Maptaskr’s marketing capability to send emails and/or text messages to their affected customers. This allows quick and easy communication with hundreds of thousands of people. Identifying the customers based on area used to take a day, now this can be done in a minute.
